By accessing or using BBright, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service

BBright provides tools to help format citations in a Bluebook‑style. Output may require review and editing.

No legal advice

BBright is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. You are responsible for verifying citations for your specific requirements and jurisdiction.

Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access.
• Accounts are intended for use by a single individual unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Trial and subscription limits

Trial accounts may include limited citation usage as specified at sign-up. Subscription accounts include unlimited citation usage for individual, non-shared use. BBright may enforce reasonable limits, throttling, or other restrictions to prevent abuse, excessive automated usage, account sharing, or activity inconsistent with intended individual use.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges according to the plan you select, until you cancel.

Cancellation

You may cancel anytime from within the app via the Manage Account menu (Stripe Billing Portal). Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period unless otherwise indicated.

Acceptable use

• Do not use BBright to violate laws or infringe the rights of others.
• Do not attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with usage controls, access restrictions, security mechanisms, or service safeguards.
• Do not share accounts or provide access to BBright outside your individual use, unless explicitly authorized under an institutional or editorial plan.

Restrictions on reverse engineering

You may not copy, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, underlying models, algorithms, prompts, system logic, or proprietary methods of BBright, except to the extent such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law.

Availability

BBright is provided “as is” and may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BBright will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues.
