• Account information: email address and an account identifier.
• Usage information: counts of citations generated (for enforcing trial and subscription limits).
• Content you submit: the text you provide to generate a citation (e.g., a case caption or source details).
• Billing information: payment details are processed by Stripe. BBright does not store full card numbers.

How we use information

• To provide the service and generate citations.
• To enforce rate limits and manage trial/subscription usage.
• To respond to support requests.
• To maintain security and prevent abuse.

How we share information

• Stripe: for payment processing and subscription management.
• Service providers: hosting/logging providers as needed to operate the service.
• Legal: if required to comply with law.

Data retention

BBright retains account and usage records while your account is active and as needed for legitimate business and legal purposes. Support emails may be retained to resolve issues. You may request deletion of your account by contacting support.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Children

BBright is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy. If changes are material, we will update the “Last updated” date on this page.
